Knowing what to expect before you pull up can make any appointment feel easier, especially a first visit. Here's what arriving at Petssible actually looks like.

Parking and finding the shop

Parking is available at the Shadow Mountain Dr location, so you don't need to plan for street parking or a long walk in. Petssible is at 369 Shadow Mountain Dr Ste B in West El Paso, open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM.

What to share when you check in

A few small details make for a smoother appointment once you're inside. Let the team know about any sensitivities, coat concerns, or routines that help your pet feel settled, and bring along anything the team asked for ahead of time, whether that's for a grooming visit, daycare, or an overnight stay. From there, the team is happy to keep the conversation open about your pet's care and what a great visit looks like for your pet specifically.
